Through this notice, “Bab Software Applications, S.L.” (hereinafter “BAB”) informs the users of the website www.comitium.io, in compliance with Article 5 of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Data Protection, of its personal data protection policy so that they may decide, expressly, freely and voluntarily, to provide “BAB” with the personal data requested from them in connection with requests for information or the contracting of the various services related to the development, production and sale of software, as well as advertising and multimedia or interactive communication services and other related services.
Therefore, users are informed that the personal data provided will be incorporated into a file, duly registered with the General Data Protection Registry, of which the owner and controller is “BAB” (Tax ID/CIF: B63213979), with registered address at Av.Diagonal, 497 5a planta 08029 Barcelona, carrying out processing for the purpose of strengthening and maintaining the collaborative, contractual or business relationship that may be established, as well as for receiving advertising information about all our services.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, it is considered necessary to complete all the data required in the form or similar document in a true, accurate, complete and up-to-date manner. Otherwise, “BAB” may, depending on the case, not proceed with the user's registration or refuse the specific service requested.
Likewise, in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Law, the user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection by sending a written communication to “BAB”, Av.Diagonal, 497 5a planta 08029 Barcelona, in which they prove their identity. The request must contain the name, surname(s) and a photocopy of the national ID (DNI) of the interested party or their legal representative, as well as a document proving the representation, a statement specifying the request, an address for notification purposes, the date and signature of the applicant, and documents supporting the request being made. If the request does not meet the specified requirements, its correction will be required. With regard to the right of access, it will only be refused when the request does not meet the aforementioned requirements and no legitimate interest is demonstrated for this purpose. No consideration will be required for the exercise of these rights.
Requests regarding the exercise of the right to cancel users' identifying data cannot be processed while they maintain their relationship with “BAB”. However, users may object to the processing of their data with regard to receiving advertising information about our services.
“BAB” has adopted the necessary technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security of the data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, whether arising from human action or from the physical or natural environment. Technical and organisational measures have been adopted to achieve the basic security objectives, namely: confidentiality, understood as restricting access to information by unauthorised persons; integrity, understood as maintaining reliable, high-quality information; and availability, understood as guaranteeing access to the information system upon request by an authorised user.
In compliance with Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and the amendments introduced to it by Law 32/2003, of 3 November, the General Telecommunications Law, please note that acceptance of this clause also implies your consent to receive advertising communications about our services, as well as communications of a different nature that are not incompatible. At any time, the user may object to the processing of their data for these purposes and revoke the consent given, it being sufficient to send a written communication to “BAB”, Av.Diagonal, 497 5a planta 08029 Barcelona, or by email to the email address hola@comitium.io, indicating “UNSUBSCRIBE” in the subject line of the email.
